This is a kit designed for the 03-05 Kia Rio 4 door. The front and sides will fit the 5 door, but the rear would need modification to fit. It is made in the USA. The material is fiberglass, and should cost between 300-600 dollars to paint and install at any body shop. It adds on to your existing bumpers.
