Your use of this site indicates your acceptance
of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order
indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions
Product Disclaimer
Some aftermarket body kit parts may require
modifications for fitment. We recommend that you have these
parts installed by a professional body shop that is experienced
with custom installations. Please note that all FIBERGLASS,
POLY-URETHANE, ABS PLASTIC and CARBON FIBER products sold
by EF Auto USAare sold "AS IS." Some of our body
kits are made by companies over seas and designed for cars
that do not have the front and rear inner bumper support.
Thus modificaiton or removal of said support may be necessary
on some of our kits. Carbon fiber hoods are lightweight
and may fly open while driving if not properly secured.
We strongly recommend the use of hood pins in addition to
the included latch. EF AUto USA. is not responsible for
any damage caused by an improperly secured hood. Some products
sold may be intended for off-road/show/race use only and
are not intended for use on public highways. You, as the
buyer, are responsible for complying with any/all local,
state, and federal laws. It is our intent to offer our customers
the widest selection of body kits, but sometimes at the
expense of a longer wait period for procurement of a particular
body kit (if it is not already in stock). Due to varying
shipping times on certain aero parts, we ask that you do
not schedule an appointment with a body shop for installation
until you have received your ordered aero parts. If your
car is in need of repair due to an accident, we ask that
you call us first to check if your desired body kit is in
stock and estimated ship time prior to giving your body
shop any timeline. By placing an order with EF AUto USA,
you agree that we, EF AUto USA can not be held liable for
any storage fees incurred at your body shop.
Shipping Policy/Damaged Shipments
All shipments are sent with full insurance
coverage.EF AUto USA ships all orders in perfect condition
and is not responsible for any damage that my occur during
shipment. Please inspect the contents of your order BEFORE
signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted
by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you
must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to
recover damages/loss of shipments. You agree not to refuse
shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject
to additional shipping charges before replacement items
are sent. If there is damange on a shipment, please file
a claim immediately with the shipping company for the repair
cost or loss cost. If you change your mind on the product
after there is damage, you are entitled to a 100% refund
or 100% credit, or 100% replacement (if a total loss), after
the claim goes through with the shipping company. You are
responsible for the delivery and acceptance of the package.
Sometimes, some carriers such as UPS, DHL, and USPS will
only leave the package at the door if no one is there to
answer. If you do not want this to happen, leave a note
on the door saying to only deliver if someone is present.
If you will be on vacation during the delivery time, please
let us know, as you are responsible for any storage and/or
return shipping fees if the carrier is unable to deliver
to you. Most small items are shipped without signature proof,
meaning that if you are not home, they will leave the product
at your house. If you order a product that is less than
$200, and would like signature confirmation to make sure
someone is there, please let us know via email, and we will
make sure to add that service for you. If we recieve no
such notice, this means that you take responsibility for
the package if it is delivered at your door whether someone
is there or not.
Order Return/Cancellation Policy
Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation
fee up to 20% of the original purchase price. Special order
items may not be cancelled. Orders may not be cancelled
once they have been shipped. You cannot cancel orders that
have already been shipped. Returns are not accepted for
body kits or hoods. Returns must be made within 5 days of
receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted on any
items that have been used, modified, installed, painted,
or damaged. Original shipping charges and return shipping
charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return
shipping arrangements. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECIEVE
PRIOR APPROVAL FROM EF AUto USA and must have a valid RMA
number. If the wrong product is shipped to you, you will
not be responsible to pay for any shipping. DO NOT ship
the item back to EF AUto USA on your own...EF AUto USA will
send you a label to put on the box, and you will be responsible
to return the package to the carrier at a local drop box,
or retail outlet. On any approved refunds, your money will
be returned in the manner in which you paid: Ie: credit
card, paypal, or Money Order. For credit card and paypal
payments, we are not responsible for any transaction fees
that either your credit card bank, or paypal charges you
for the receipt of money. At times, you will be charged
fees by such institutions. If that is a problem for you,
then you should pay with a money order to avoid this. Credit
card refunds take 5-14 business days to show up on your
card. When you make a purchase with EF AUTO USA via credit
card or paypal, you agree not to make a chargeback against
the order, unless you have no correspondence from us for
a period of two weeks or more. Any cancellations of orders
can be made via phone or email and you will be refunded,
there is no need for a chargeback. If you do choose to make
a chargeback, you will be responsible for any extra charges
incurred for the chargeback. (usually 50 dollars)If the
chargeback is done AFTER you have recieved the products,
a collection agency will be comissioned to collect the funds,
and this may reflect negatively on your credit report.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form
of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of
your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer
to sell. EF AUto USA reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for
any reason. EF AUto USA. may require additional verifications
or information before accepting any order. Note that if
your Address Verification and/or CVV2 Verification do not
match up on your credit card, we will not ship your product
until these items are cleared up. NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS FROM CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF NORTH
AMERICA WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The EF AUto USA web site (www.evofusionusa.com/TeamSR)
and the materials therein are provided "AS IS".
EF AUto USA makes no representations or warrantees either
express or implied, of any kind with respect to the operation,
contents, information, or materials contained therein. You
agree that EF AUto USA its directors, officers, employees
or other representatives shall not be liable for damages
arising from the operation, content or use of the Team Sr
web site. You agree that this limitation of liability is
comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including
without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special,
incidental, punitive and consequential damages. EF AUto
USA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit
card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is canceled, EF AUto USA
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect price. Prices, details about
inventory, descriptions may change at any time, and are
